What’s Over the Horizon?
 
As I looked across Gods beautiful creation called the ocean, I knew that even though I could not see it on the other side of the horizon somebody else’s land and somebody else’s family was out there. We don’t always see what God has for us or what is “out there”, but we know there is something on the other side. Our walk with God is no different. Sometimes things seem so clear and yet other times we can’t see so clearly. The apostle Paul describes it as “seeing things imperfectly and incomplete…” (1 Corinthians 13:12). He goes on to say someday we will see as clearly as Christ sees. We don’t know what’s on the horizon but with faith in Christ we know he’s out there and we put our trust in him and someday we will say oh that makes sense. God’s world is beautiful, and his Word is trustworthy.
