It is natural to reflect on the past and set future goals as we enter the new year. For Christians, starting the year properly means aligning our hearts and our actions with God’s will, seeking his guidance, and prioritizing spiritual growth. Proverbs 16:3 says to “commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans.” as you seek to set your goals invite God into the process and remember to pray over all of your plans. This year needs to be a year where each one of us reaches someone for Jesus Christ. We need to prioritize our efforts in sharing the gospel message remembering that it is life-changing. We are reminded in Isaiah 43:18-19 to “forget the former things do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing.” The new year is a new opportunity to take the practical steps to be the person that we need to be and influence others for the Kingdom. Remember that you are appreciated and that our commonality is found in Jesus Christ.
Blessings my friends, hope to see you soon.
