The Inside Story of "The Triumphal Entry"

The inside story of “The Triumphant Entry”

I recently read that the Triumphant Entry and The Passover Feast (relating to the time God delivered the Israelites from Egypt) had a quite common theme. During the Passover feast a lamb without blemish was to be selected and offered as a sacrifice. The Gospels tell us the Triumphant Entry took place the week of Passover preparation. It seems that the day a spotless lamb was to be selected was the same day Jesus rode into Jerusalem in what is called the Triumphant Entry. This makes sense because Jesus was our spotless lamb who was sacrificed for our sins. While the people were searching for their spotless lamb to offer, God sent in his spotless lamb.  Jesus was sacrificed on the cross taking on our sins and is
the only unblemished sacrifice with the power to forgive sinful man.   Please confess your sins to Jesus and allow his shed blood to wash away your sins.

Blessings my friends.
